Why choose this product?
- Versatile use - the Meteor exercise ball is the perfect addition to your home gym, regardless of how you use it. It is suitable for home workouts, supports post-injury rehabilitation and helps maintain correct body posture. It is an ideal choice if you want to keep your spine and body in good condition!
- Exceptional technology - the Anti-burst system and reinforced PVC material provide protection against sudden bursting. In the event of puncture, air escapes slowly, protecting the user from a sudden fall.
- Special structure - thanks to its unique surface, the ball is particularly resistant to slipping and abrasion. The non-slip PVC material adapts perfectly under body weight (maximum load up to 200 kg), allowing exercises for various purposes. It is suitable not only for daily home workouts, but also after injuries, during rehabilitation and during pregnancy.
- Proper size - for greater comfort, choose the ball that matches your preferences. A properly inflated ball should be firm; however, if you prefer a softer ball, choose a larger size and do not inflate it fully. The included foot pump allows quick and convenient inflation.

One ball - many uses
The Meteor anti-burst exercise ball is an excellent addition to fitness, Pilates, rehabilitation, relaxation and even pregnancy exercises. Its unique properties also make it suitable as a replacement for an office chair. The special structure ensures durability and long-term use.
Safety and durability thanks to Anti-Burst technology
The PVC material used is reinforced and prevents the ball from moving during exercise. Equipped with Anti-burst technology, it protects against sudden air loss (in the event of mechanical damage) by releasing air slowly. This system allows you to react in time and protects the user from a sudden fall.

Goal: a healthy spine and correct posture
Exercises on the ball bring many health benefits. They strengthen the spine without putting strain on the joints and help reduce back pain. They are especially recommended for pregnant women and people undergoing post-injury rehabilitation. Balancing, bouncing and sitting on the Meteor exercise ball supports maintaining correct posture and helps improve balance and overall body condition.
Gentle exercises and deep muscle activation
The ball allows you to perform gentle corrective, stretching, strengthening and relaxation exercises. These have a significant impact on increasing body mobility and activating joints and deep muscles. When performed regularly, they correct posture defects, relieve the spine, pelvis and joints, effectively increasing everyday comfort.

High load capacity and easy use
The maximum load capacity of the ball is 200 kg. A foot pump is included in the set for quick and easy inflation.
Size matched to height
The ball is available in 3 sizes. Choosing the right size is crucial - it determines your comfort, correct posture and safe spinal alignment. A properly selected ball provides better body stabilisation and minimises the risk of injury. Check the sizes below and choose the ball that suits you:
- 55 cm - perfect for smaller individuals with a height of 145-160 cm,
- 65 cm - suitable for individuals with a height of 160-175 cm,
- 75 cm - suitable for taller individuals with a height of 175-190 cm and above.
The easiest way to check the size
- Sit on the ball with your knees and hips aligned (angle approx. 90°).
- Make sure your feet are flat on the floor.
- Pay attention if:
- your legs are too straight - the ball size is too large,
- your legs are too bent - the ball is too small.
Inflation level matters
Remember that the inflation level should be adjusted to how you use the ball:
- standard size - suitable for rehabilitation and corrective exercises where precision is very important,
- desk work - the ball should allow maintaining a 90° knee angle; sometimes a slightly less inflated model works better,
- dynamic training - a greater height will help raise the intensity and increase the range of movement.
