The Meteor CR65X compressor fridge is an excellent car fridge model that performs well on every trip. It operates on the same principle as a household fridge (cooling and freezing), however it is designed exclusively for 12 V / 24 V vehicle power supply.
Ergonomic design
One of the key features of the fridge is its compact dimensions, meaning it does not take up much space. Equipped with a reversible door, it allows you to set the opening direction of the fridge and adjust it to the user’s individual needs. The LED display shows the current temperature inside the compartment and also enables you to select the operating mode (MAX, ECO) and activate the battery protection mode using the buttons.
Energy-efficient and quiet on the road
Low power consumption (~60 W), as well as the option to choose the operating mode, ensures energy savings even during prolonged use. The compressor provides quiet operation below 45 dB, resulting in even greater performance and efficiency.
Spacious refrigeration compartment
The larger compartment, with a capacity of 44.7 L, provides space for food, drinks, and medicines. A pull-out drawer, 2 removable door compartments, and LED lighting create a spacious and well-lit area for storing essential items during travel. The refrigeration compartment maintains a constant temperature (from 8 to 0 °C), which is extremely important when transporting food products, medicines, or cosmetics.
Functional freezer
The smaller compartment, with a capacity of 13.7 L, maintains a sub-zero temperature (from -12 to -20 °C), making it an ideal place for storing frozen products such as meat, ice cream, ready meals, frozen foods, or ice cubes. How long should a fridge stand after transport?
For safety, you should wait at least 6 hours before connecting the appliance to the power supply. Some manufacturers recommend waiting up to 24 hours. Why is this so important? Because during this time, the oil from the compressor will settle back into its proper place. You will then be able to connect the fridge to the power supply without worrying about damage. If you do not wait these few hours after transporting the fridge, you risk serious damage. This damage may be so severe that repairing the fridge would not be worthwhile, resulting in the need to purchase a new appliance.
Note: the fridge is not intended for domestic use or for connection to a 230 V mains supply.
