The Meteor garden swing frame is a high-quality steel structure intended for suspending traditional swings, nest swings, and also a hammock. The frame provides an opportunity to create a space for rest and tranquillity in the home garden.
Option to mount two devices and stable ground attachment
The construction is adapted for simultaneous installation and use of two items, e.g. two swings or a swing and a nest swing, etc. (not included). The frame is intended for outdoor use. It requires bolting together and secure anchoring to the ground. This is enabled by movable feet with holes located at the ends of the frame legs. Depending on the type of surface (concrete, grass) the feet can be fixed using anchors supplied with the set or screws or expansion plugs (not included).
Reinforced steel profiles with a load capacity of up to 180 kg
The steel frame is based on structural profiles: upper 50 × 50 × 1.5 mm and side 45 × 45 × 1.4 mm. The upper beam together with the side legs forms an obtuse angle, ensuring stability during intensive use. For greater safety the steel frame has been double-reinforced and stiffened by adding struts and brackets to the upper beam. The maximum load capacity is 180 kg.
Durable powder coating and quick fastening system
Powder coating protects the profiles from damage and scratching and makes them resistant to weather and corrosion. Four mounts with carabiners are fitted in the upper beam to provide smooth pendulum motion of the swings. Owing to their simple design both installation and removal of swings are quick and easy. Additionally, the swing frame is equipped with two hooks that enable a hammock to be hung.
