The Meteor exercise step is a versatile piece of equipment commonly used in fitness classes as well as during home workouts. It is designed to increase the difficulty level of exercises while boosting efficiency and effectiveness. The step is an excellent choice for people who want to strengthen muscles, improve balance, and diversify their training routine.
Its versatility allows for full-body workouts. The step can be used as a bench for pressing exercises, a support for rowing movements, and for performing deadlifts. It is most commonly used for step-ups and step-downs, lunges, jumps, squats, or even push-ups with hands supported on the step. The step features two height levels of 10 and 15 cm - the higher the step, the greater the exercise intensity. Height adjustment is easy and does not require tools. Additionally, there is a special storage space underneath the step for unused height adjustment risers. Compact dimensions (68x28x15 cm) save space and allow convenient storage when the equipment is not in use.
Made from PP material, the step guarantees durability and safe use. The solid construction ensures stability during dynamic workouts. Thanks to rubber pads and a non-slip surface, every movement is secure and controlled. The maximum load capacity of the step is 200 kg.
