This area is marked with vertical lines. To recreate jogging mode vibrations, you should position your feet hip width apart, roughly on both sides of the centre of the device in the dotted area. Vibrations closest to the platform’s edge, marked with horizontal lines, reflect the running mode, where the oscillations are the strongest.

The control panel displays workout time, vibration speed, and the current programme. The display also includes a remote control sensor, enabling operation of the platform using the included remote. The device offers 5 training programmes, and there is also the option to set any manual mode. The user can select the workout duration (10–15 minutes) and vibration intensity (1–120).
